Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery in the case of an order error or a product defect.
- The product must be in its original condition and unopened.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened, to maintain the quality and safety of our products.
Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Orders that have exceeded 7 days from the delivery date.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Explain the reason for the return or exchange and attach photos of the product if possible.
